Meet the team

JoAnne Moore
Co-Founder
JoAnne brings more than 20 years' experience in marketing, communications and PR, much of it spent helping large organisations talk to people about ageing and retirement in ways that actually land. She knows that the biggest barrier to planning for the future usually isn't information — it's confidence. JoAnne leads on how The Stevenage Project speaks to its members: with warmth, plain English, and zero jargon. She's also driving how we work with local partners and community organisations across Stevenage.

Mark Glover
Co-Founder
Mark is an innovative leader who has spent his career building and delivering needs-based solutions for millions of clients globally. His focus has long been on creating scalable technology and services for institutional clients, with a particular interest in serving the needs of people in later life. Mark brings that same drive to The Stevenage Project, helping shape a platform that's built to scale well beyond Stevenage while staying genuinely useful to the people it's designed for.

Stew Gladstone
Co-Founder
Stew has spent close to 30 years working for major financial institutions across Asia, the US, UK and Europe. The last 15 years have been dedicated to product development and service delivery. He is involved in The Stevenage Project because he believes everyone — not just those who can afford financial advice — is entitled to the tools and information needed to properly plan for the years ahead. Stew leads on strategy, partnerships and making sure the numbers add up, both for our members and for the business behind it.
